Cynthia Fendley, CCIM and Bryan Musselwhite are agents with Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group in Roanoke, Virginia.

Bryan, a Roanoke native, specializes in commercial and investment sales and leasing. Before joining Poe & Cronk, he spent over twelve years in the sales and marketing industries, with a concentration in brand development and advertising.

A graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College, Cindy Fendley joined Poe & Cronk in 2001. Her professional experience includes 20 years of small business and corporate accounting management and ownership of residential investment property. She earned the Top Producer Award for 2006 at Poe & Cronk.

In 2004, Cindy was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.The Chicago-based CCIM Institute is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, the governing body of the largest commercial real estate network in the world.
